returns

change of mind returns

• Email hello@megsmithmakes.com within 10 calendar days of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, and with tags attached.
• Please be careful with makeup when trying items on - stained items cannot be returned.
• Return shipping is at your expense (we recommend tracked postage).

faulty items

• If you believe your item is faulty, please email hello@megsmithmakes.com within 5 calendar days of delivery.
• As a made-to-order business I don't carry replacement stock, so I'll either repair the item or provide a full refund.
• Items damaged by incorrect care or normal wear-and-tear cannot be returned.

refund process

• Once I receive your return request, I'll send you the return address details.
• All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If they meet the return conditions, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
